? To assist as required/requested with the solving of any guest’ complaints/upsets and make record on logbook accordingly. Ensure all issues relating to guest satisfaction are met and that follow up is completed on a timely basis. Effectively handle and resolve and guests complaints and to seek help if needed.
? Have a complete knowledge of the hotel facilities and services, including room types, room rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and all Front Office Sections.
? Check the daily arrival list. Special arrival list for VIP’s, repeat guests and fits.
