英語面試一般包括三輪：

　　姜周紅說，在外企的面試中，除了筆試之外，面試中的英語部分以考查應(yīng)用能力為主，所以應(yīng)聘者在面試當中最需要的是自信、敢說。不妨盡量采用簡短明了的詞匯來表達自己的意思。另外，切忌在面試當中抬高自己貶低別人?；卮饐栴}盡量自然，并作為小組成員之一在自己的負責范圍內(nèi)答題，也不要重復其他應(yīng)聘者的答案。說話要流利，思維要連貫，層次要清晰，不要夾雜中文，可以用“well”、“however”這樣的過渡詞來給自己停頓和思考，同時，也使得自己的表述顯得口語化一些。 


　　三、面試前了解一下企業(yè)文化
