      崗位描述

      ? The Sales Manager performs his/her duties within the framework defined by the chain and hotel norms and by internal regulations as specified by the Director of Sales.

      ? Control customer database mailing list and ensure it updated constantly.

      ? Maintain existing business and develop new accounts.

      ? Maintain good business relationship with all producers.

      ? Complete weekly entertainment and weekly activities plan.

      ? Conduct sales campaign by direct sales call / visits/mailing for group and FIT business, meeting and banquets from all sources for bookings and leads.

      ? 對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)和商務(wù)散客通過(guò)電話銷(xiāo)售、訪問(wèn)、郵寄開(kāi)展銷(xiāo)售活動(dòng)。

      Make sure all booking orders (banquet/meetings) are correctly instructed for effective communication between sales and banquet operation.

      確認(rèn)所有的預(yù)定單(包括宴會(huì)與會(huì)議)被準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤地在銷(xiāo)售部與宴會(huì)之間進(jìn)行溝通并生效。

      ? Ensure all incoming correspondence and telephone enquiries are handled with efficiency and great care to build up a pleasant working relationship.

      保證對(duì)所有的來(lái)信和電話詢(xún)問(wèn)都進(jìn)行有效的處理,建立一種令人愉快的工作關(guān)系。

      ? Keep clients advised of latest information regarding hotel’s development.

      記錄客戶(hù)對(duì)于酒店發(fā)展的建議和最新的信息。

      ? Familiar with the operation and application of the hotel's computer / data processing system. Ensure the implementation and utilization of in-house software especially the “sales and catering”, use it efficiently and maintain its application.

      熟悉酒店電腦及數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)作和應(yīng)用程序。確定并保持對(duì)“銷(xiāo)售及餐飲”等酒店電腦系統(tǒng)軟件的有效運(yùn)用。

      ? Keep well informed and well coordination about the operations especially in essential departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Banquet etc.).

      關(guān)注及配合好整個(gè)酒店尤其是主要運(yùn)作部門(mén)對(duì)客服務(wù)(前廳部、客房部、餐飲部、宴會(huì)廳等)。

      ? Provide after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints brought to management’s attention and communicate with the respective departments if necessary for proper handling. Ensure that all complaints are reviewed, investigated and follow-up action is initiated

      ? Closely observe matters pertaining to competition (situation, prices, services etc.) offered on a regular basis - daily and give the updated feedback to Director of Sales.

      ? At all times, promote a positive image of the hotel in all forms of contact.

      ? Develop & foster close and positive rapport with the public, guests, clients and members of the trade.

      ? Promote and sell hotel to be the most popular meeting/banquet venue while concentrating on room sales, maximally utilize all the meeting/function rooms and F&B sales and achieve the highest revenue desired and targeted.
