REQUIREMENTS -Oral and written fluency in English. -Diploma/degree in Culinary Arts/Hotel Management -Minimum 5 years experience in an International class hotel -Innovative in product development -People and customer oriented -Motivator and self starter -Displays initiative and creativity -Commitment to professional values -Flexible and adaptable to different working locations -Excellent leadership and organizational skills -Good interpersonal and communications skills -Proficiency in Chinese will be an added advantage. -Knowledgeable of SFS and HACCP Implementation -An optimistic and overachieving attitude
