崗位職責(zé)/職位描述 Is accountable for overseeing Restaurant by providing leadership and overall supervision to staff while ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction while operating in the established budgets and goals.
1.Lead, motivate and inspire the outlet team to deliver exceptional service experiences in line with the brand and outlet standards.
2. Establish and maintain a high level of awareness of the restaurant within the local community.
3.Develop and implement promotional strategies in conjunction with Ebony Chef, Director of F&B and Marketing Communications department; be aware of competitive set and propose ideas to continually improve the range and quality of the outlet’s products and services.
4. Continuously seek out and review new business opportunities within the local community, lead outlet team to achieve the outlets financial and operational targets.
5. Actively seek guest feedback and directs comment to areas of responsibility; ensure on-going two-way communication occurs in the outlet (e.g. pre-meal briefings, staff meetings, communication with culinary team).
6. Set goals and expectations for direct reports using the annual performance appraisal process and hold staff accountable for successful performance.
7. Ensure all team members receive appropriate and on-going training to successfully perform their job and to further their development within the food & beverage division.
